Orchard Ridge is Now Open in Liberty Hill
Friday March 3rd, 2017
At our Grand Opening this past weekend, hundreds of attendees discovered that there’s plenty of room to put down roots at Orchard Ridge, both in a new home and in the Community Gardens. Friends and families joined us for live music, amazing local food from the Liberty Hill Bakery & Café and Chik-Fil-A® Cedar Park, children’s activities and tours of our four beautiful model homes by Dream Finders Homes and Buffington Homes. If you missed out on the festivities, it’s not too late to explore this family-friendly neighborhood in quaint Liberty Hill and tour our model homes and Community Gardens – open seven days a week!
Rooted in a philosophy that incorporates health and wellness into daily life, Orchard Ridge features miles of trails, Community Gardens and orchards, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center and an Activity Center that includes a resort-style pool with splash pad. The Community Gardens feature raised planting beds and the original old Aeromotor windmill. They will serve as a platform for sustainable education and allow residents to cultivate their own homegrown fruits and vegetables. And although you may feel worlds away from the city, Orchard Ridge is only minutes from major commuter routes and is located within the academically and athletically acclaimed Leander Independent School District.
In addition to the extensive amenities available to residents, Lifestyle Director, Audrey Clay, is dedicated to planning a year-round calendar of exciting lifestyle programs, from large-scale events like our Grand Opening to smaller everyday programs like running and book clubs and movie nights at the pool!
The Grand Opening event showcased the best of this highly anticipated master-planned community. Attendees enjoyed live bluegrass music by Steel Betty and delicious peach pies, assorted cake balls and chocolates from hometown Liberty Hill Bakery and Café and lunch from Chick-Fil-A. And while adults explored our model homes on 50 and 60 foot lots, the kids enjoyed balloon art, face painting, planting vegetables and herbs in the Community Gardens and jumping in the bounce houses.
Visit our community any day of the week to learn more about why Orchard Ridge is a great place to grow. And join the Founders Club for special invitations to upcoming events and community updates.
